We are located in Kanyum, Kumi District, Eastern Uganda. We comply with the Uganda Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019 and all applicable healthcare regulations.

We will NEVER sell your personal or medical information to third parties.

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain your medical records for the period required by Ugandan law (currently a minimum of 10 years from the date of your last visit, or longer for minors as specified by regulations).

After the retention period expires, we will securely destroy or anonymize your data so that it can no longer be linked back to you.

We provide medical services to minors only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 without verifiable parental consent.
