Haematology: Malaria rapid test and microscopy (results 30 minutes), full blood count (FBC), blood grouping and cross-matching, haemoglobin measurement (anaemia screening), sickle cell test, coagulation profile.

Clinical Chemistry: Blood glucose (diabetes monitoring), liver function tests (LFTs), kidney function tests (creatinine, urea), cholesterol and lipid profile, uric acid (gout).

Microbiology: Urinalysis and urine culture, stool analysis (ova, cysts, parasites), typhoid test (Widal), HIV screening (rapid test), syphilis (RPR), pregnancy test (urine HCG), wound swab culture, sputum microscopy (TB screening).
